Random Error - Password Needed Networking

We use SRM 5.5 and when i try to atach attachments to shopping cart i get popup message

This pop up has come up just when i integrated to portal

The popup looks like:

• Title: Password Needed - Networking

• Server: #our CRM server

• Realm: SAP Web Application Server -CRP

• Scheme: basis

• User name: #empty

• Password: #empty

• Yes / No

when I deselect the option in

tools - internet option - advanced - Use Java 2 1.4.2_19....

the problem is solved but it's is not option to me

Do you have any ideas on how to solve/investigate this issue?
