Hello SAP gurus,
one MRP generated PR is existing in MD04, when I checked the PR no line item is there. Because of that PR I am getting inaccurate MRP records for the material numbers.
Can some one please let me know how to resolve this issue?
I just want to clean the PR from MD04 screen.
Thanks
Sha
Hi dear,
Sounds a contradictory situation first of all getting blank PR through MRP is not possible secondly if the PR is not containing any item(no material and no required quantity) how the results will be affected ?
U can delete that PR and also u can see the exceptional message in MD04 screen itself.

Hello all,
I received the below message from SAP :
Dear Customer,
Sorry for a delay. I could not find a generic solution to correct it.
You would need deletion of that EBAN record thru a Z report. Can you
please ask your abap consultant to do this.
I am sorry but I could not give a better solution to you.
thanks and regards,

Thanks to all for your support.
Hi,
Not possible to delete the PR? Try putting the material in that and delete.

it is technically unbelievable, because a PR has not even a header. PRs are stored in table EBAN, and if it is in EBAN, then it is certainly at item level.
check in ME53N, what status it has and if the item has a lock or is subject for a release strategy and not yet released....

It is hard to believe that PR has no line items - anyways, try to convert it to PO and see what happens.
