Hi,

Can anybody help me on standard reports on the following:

1. GR GI datewise, Purchasing group wise, division wise. material group wise, material type etc.

2. Pending Indent status (party-wise, material wise, date wise etc..) with status

Check LIS Reports in SAP menu path,MM-->Logistics Information systems -->Purchasing / Material period wise or

Refer material document list report(T.Code - MB51) by movement type of GR(101,561,105,501,511,521 etc.,),GI(201,122,161,601 etc.,).

2. Pending Indent status (party-wise, material wise, date wise etc..) with status

Refer report ME5A.

Hi dear,

U can get the information by creation z report copy from MB51 in the Z report u have add the required fields as Material group,material type, and other data from the mateial master.

For this u can use standard report ME5A

Try MB5B for datawise posting of Goods Receipt and Goods Issue.

Can you tell me how we can get GR and GI done during a period selected in report mc.1
