Hello Bhupal

I found strange Import manager behaviour during hierarchy import,

if hierarchy has more than one field in level like in your case.

in that case

i'm loading(add new nodes) hierarchy in three passes

1) loading 1-st level

2) loading 2-nd level

3) loading 3-ed level

Better solution for work with hierarchies(rename, copy-paste nodes) is Data Manager.

Import manager we are using for initial loading or mass updating only.

Hi Bhupal

In the source file you have mentioned 3 columns for Name. How can you map 3 source fields into 1 target MDM field which is Description/Name for Hierarchy node.

I think you need to modify the excel file used for loading.

Also as far as I remeber we can not use Name/Description field for hierarchy table as a matching field.

Hope this helps-Ravi
