Is there any way that I can display of random images in the content of the portal? Or is there a module that allowed it? I

Where exactly do you want to show these random images ?

The portal is a web application, so the browser displays all the images.
If you want to make the images change each other, you may create an animated .gif file and place it on the page by means of WPC.
Just google "gif animator" to find tools for creating animated .gif files.
