Production Order recosting

My company had to make a modification of Std Price for a few materials. We operate under MTO scenario and these materials are involved in the production of Finished Goods. We have open sales orders for these Finished Goods and we have open production orders linked to these sales orders.

We were able to succesfully update Inventory value for these materials (using MR21 with variant "Special Stock - Sales order"). This correctly updated inventory value and created a Price change accouting document. OK.

We were also able to successfully update EK02 balance of open sales orders (using VA02 and selecting Recost function). This has updated the statistical cost estimate (EK02) of the Finished Goods. OK.

However, we were not able to update the Planned costs of the open Production orders linked to the Sales orders. We tried CO02/Recost but this did not change anything. Of course, Finished goods on these Prod orders are not yet delivered.

These Production orders planned costs still reflect the old Std price, which means that the Cost estimate of the Finished Goods is incorrect. This also means we have a mismatch between EK02 value in sales order and Finished Goods cost in Production order.

Is there any way to update the Planned costs of the open Production orders, so that the new Std price is reflected into the production value and the Finished Goods are correctly valued, just like in Sales orders?

Many thanks for your help,
