PO --Message type ALE(ZP01)

Hi,

The PO has been created and released.

This PO needs to move to other SAP system in which SO need to be created.

The output type for the PO is ZP01 is ALE.

Condition record also exists for the combination of vendor,Plant, Pur Org and doc type.

When the message button is clicked, the output type not successful and appears to be Red color.

When checkedprocseesing log, error " No item exists" appears.

The PO has to create idoc , when saving the PO immediately.

How to solve the issue.

Please help.

Hi,

Is the IDoc generated with error or not at all generated?

If it is generated with error, see the status record of the IDoc in WE05.

If it is not generated yet, change the Dispatch Time to 1 (send with perdiodically scheduled job) in futher data of the message and run the program RSNAST00 with object as your PO number with leading 0's (10 digit) and see what is happening.

Hi,

As the IDOC not generated, i changed the Dispatch time to 1 and when i run in SE38, i get a blank screen with the error "ZB:913" with blank screen.

In PO, status is " Not Porcessed" with yellow color.

Please advise how to proceed.

click on service objects at the left hand corner,click on the 3 arrows & see the IDOC status.
