How much MB file of word, excel or pdf can we attach in WBS element & internal orders?

Hi,

The file size is defined in DMS for each document type in spro in the following path : Cross Application Components>Document Management> Control data--> Define Document Types. For WBS we can assign the documents to WBS of size specified in the document type.

I don't think there is any limit set as such. Limit could only the space avialable on the server. Please contact a Basis person for further information and if DMS is activated then the DMS consultant will have a better info.

If DMS is activated then the document will be stored in the DMS server and only a link in SAP - so that should not have any limit issues
