Generate 400 sales orders

Hi SAP-professionals!

My company wants me to type in 400 sales oders in RQS (order type Z2RS) on next saturday. Is there any way to generate sales orders automatically? Each one will be ver similar, only the material number and the quantity has to be changed.

Please help me, I'm new to SAP Thanks!

Hi,

There are different ways in which your requirement will be satisfied.

1.Create LSMW program for creating the Sales Orders in bulk.

2.Ask your ABAPer to create one program for creating Sales Orders.In this,you can use an excel sheet/note pad file which contains line items.

In our project,we had a similar requirement.We have created one "Z" program and provided one "Z" transaction for uploading excel sheet.In the excel sheet,we have kept two tabs.One for "Input" value and another one for "Upload".the value entered in Input tab will automatically appear in "Upload" tab.

We will upload this excel and based on Header PO,different sales orders will be created.

Hi,

Create LSMW and upload excel file,

If you carry proper recording for VA01 in LSMW then you can upload 400 sales order in few minutes
