Please let me know how to update the payroll journal to reflect all current, monthly, quarter and year to date information for deductions and earnings.

Hello,

SAP Delivered Default variant for Payroll Journal is available in the report, If you want to change the values to display then in Print format

Page header UJT1

Continuation excerpt UJF1

Employee data excerpt UJD1

Totals display UJS1

is given for default, if you want to change then make a copy of the default form to Z form and make necessary change, then use the Z form in the variant to run Payroll Journal.
