after Goods receipt in Quality check -- usage decession cannot be accepted

Dear Experts,

My client raised the Purchase order (with two line item of diff material) and made a Goods Receipt. It was moved to quality for Usage decisions.

Now,first line item material was accepted for full (100%) and where as the line item two was denied and it throws an error message box ::

"Function selected cannot be carried out - Access Usage denied" when you go into the "Detailed info" it says "CRTD created disallowed"

Could any one help in this....(is this error may be from :: Material master or from Purchase order or from Goods receipt....?)

Hi,

If your inspection lot is in status CRTD (=created) as you described it usually means following things:

1) material is not assigned to an inspection plan

2) material has more than one inspection plan (status release) with the same task list usage and no automatic assignment could be carried out

3) material has been assigned to the inspection later than the inspection lot was created --> incorrect key date --> correct date.

4) check material master if your inspection type settings are ok: Is automatic assignment on?

Dear,

This is QM error.We need to set the status of the inspection lot as REL.Check whether inspection plan is existing for this material & plant combination.If not maintain an inspection plan(tcode-QP01).Once you have inspection plan goto QA02 and assign inspection plan & sample.Status of inspection plan will change to REL.
