User Requirement for KE5T

The user says they want to know who the account owner is for a GL account so that when they run the report KE5T and there is an out of balance they kno who is to be contacted and thus can do so and have to maintain this information seperately.

Is this possible, any work around that I can offer the user. Advice will be much appriciated.

Hi

there is no concept of a User responsible for a GL account... you can have user responsible at Cost center level or profit center level

So, depending on which cost center or which PC the out of balance relates to - You need to contact them

Else, if you have the concept of a responsible person per GL accounts group - Then create a Z table and maintain the responsible user there

KE5T is copmarisation of FI & PCA.

If you are working in Classical PCA ( SAP 4.6 ) then you have to run following T code.

KE5T shows you value between the FI = Base leager CO= Compaison Leager.

then you have to reconcile details.

You can take names of person from the Profit Center.

As you must have deffined the Owner of Profit center.

So the same person responsible for the Cost And Revenue to profit center.
