Hi friends
I have a problem while upgrading support from SAPKA70009 to SAPKA70010, the system is totally hanged and after that i have restarted the application server then the support pack has not been upgraded.
can please tell me what are the possibilities errors that occur and what i have to check in the OS level and in SAP level.
i m using NWo4S SR2, with Linux server, Oracle DB.

Sometimes sp patching takes a lot of time.We had updated the statistics of the database and patching finished very quickly.Thanks.

My crystal balls shows me a database archive stuck.
check Os logs and DB logs.

As asked can you please provide us the logs.We presume you know where to check the logs in spam.
System hung as asked earlier what exactly hung SAP ORACLE or linux.

Before shutting down systems randomly it would have helped if you had check the import logs for possible errors. Withtout that it's impossible to suggest something.
