How to do Post Install SAP Cryptographic in Netweaver CE 7.1 to enable SSL?

Dear all,

I have install sap netweaver CE7.1 and SSM 7.5.

During installation netweaver CE7.1, i didn't tick install SAP Crytographic Library, and after that NWCE setup, now i want to install Crytographic file that i have download.

So how to Install SAP Cryptographic in Netweaver CE 7.1 to enable SSL, without again reinstall NWCE 7.1?

Hi,

that shouldn´t be a big problem. You can find the description how to do it in the installation guide on the service marketplace. If you navigate to http://service.sap.com/support and and search for

"Installation Guide - CE on Windows"

you will find the document. There is a section specifically describing the steps to download the archives from service marketplace as well as installing it on the engine.

I got document there "Installing the SAP Cryptographic Library on the AS Java for SNC"

i have configure as below:

Location of the SAP Cryptographic Library

C:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\exe\sapcrypto.dll

Location of the Configuration Tool sapgenpse

C:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\exe\sapgenpse.exe

Location of the License Ticket

C:\usr\sap\<SID>\<instance>\sec\ticket

SECUDIR Directory

C:\usr\sap\<SID>\<instance>\sec

but i still wouldn't see the SSL link in Netweaver Application Server Java --> SAP NetWeaver Administrator.
