hi,
it looks you have a little issue with the concepts.
10.2.0.2 is a PATCHSET, it is NOT installed with OPatch.
10.2.0.2 contains a README.HTML file with the instructions to install it, please, read it (as its name indicates)

deeptss,
instead of doing a cut&paste job from section 6.1 of http://www.seas.ucla.edu/temp/oracle_upgrade.htm you had better provided a link.
And by the way, did you realize that your answer is for Unix, whereas mairajyounus is on Windows?
mairajyounus,
do a search like deeptss, and you should be able to find a more suitable guide yourself!
But, as already mentioned, start with the readme file.
hope this helps

Hi,
You do not have to "check" the README, you have to read it carefully and follow its instructions.
There you have a step by step.
Of course, if
1.- You do not have clear concepts
2.- You want someone to do it for you
3.- You want a guide with nice screen shots so you do not have to think, only "copy+paste"
Then you are in little of a problem.
My advise again
1.- READ the file
2.- Get some training
(I do not think that executing setup.exe and click "next" several times is so difficut
