Error in KM transports

Hi Experts,

When we are importing a KMC file we are getting the following error.

Error Resource "/documents/Supplier Portal/Help" already exists => Cannot delete target resource

May 21, 2011 1:25:13 AM Error 1. Error: Cannot import resource "/documents/Supplier Portal/Help" (com.sapportals.wcm.repository.LockedException)

We have seleced the Mode of import as Delete Conflicting Version.

Please suggest us on how to solve this issue.

Hi Raju,

Have you checked if the files/folders under the target folder "/documents/Supplier Portal/Help" are locked. This could be causing the error as the system is unable to unlock the files. If the files indeed have been locked, use the Resource Locks report under Content Admin->KM Content->Toolbox->Reports to unlock the locked resources and try again.

I haven't experienced this error earlier but these are my two cents.

Hi Raju,

Please unlock the file/folder from system admin > monitoring OR directly from KM file/folder then try to start import.
