GRC PC - Missing Org values in Replacement & Removal in Portal

Hi,

In the GRC Process Control - Portal , while I am trying to do a replacement or removal for a user, upon selection of the user, the Organization values is found to be missing for SOX Subprocess Owner and Reviewer. I am thus unable to identify to which organization the user belong to do define a replacement.

The organization values appear for a tester role though.

Can someone help with a response.

Thank you Jurgen for your response. What do you exactly mean by user assigned to specific role of an object.

In my set up I have users assigned to SOX Sub Process Owner and Reviewer roles. It is only that when I make replacement I could not find the relevant Organization values in the screen.

Hello Bala,

only if the user is assigned to a specific role for an object, you can replace him. There is a report that has to be scheduled in a job that runs at midnight so that the replacement is valid the next day.

To schedule this job is a customizing activity.
