Replacement product by another one

Dear All,

I need to handle the following scenario in CRM 7.0:

customer send defective product to repair it. service provider decide that this part must be replace with another one

How to handle this issue !!

Hi

This can be handled by Complaints & Return management senario.Create the complaint transaction &

enter the item at item level & we have four option like return,replacement,debitmemo,creditmemo.
