Back date posting

Dear All,

We are into process industries.

We have a requirement as :

Material's batch cannot be allow to consume less than manufacturing date. Back date consuption of batch required to restrict. This restriction only for in-process material, SFGs and FGs

e.g.

Batch is manufactured on 20/05/2011 and if user tries to show consumption of same batch in < 20/05/2011 i.e. back date posting thru COR6N then system throws error.

How we can restrict ?

Hi,

There is no such control is available in std sap. Only option left for you is, user exit only. Right now i have no access to the system system, so unable to give you the user exit name. But try it by searching here in both mm and pp forums, alternately try it by googled using key word like 'user exit for goods movement in sap".

Perhaps you can consult your ABAPER with Badi WORKORDER_GOODSMVT.

And for This user exist perhaps you can apply at COR6N PP level with user exist belwo :

CONFPP01 PP order conf.: Determine customer specific default values

CONFPP02 PP order conf.: Customer specific input checks 1

CONFPP03 PP order conf.: Cust. specific check after op. selection

CONFPP04 PP order conf.: Customer specific input checks 2

CONFPP05 PP order conf.: Customer specific enhancements when saving

CONFPP06 PP Order Confirmations: Actual Data Transfer

Actuly I do not need to do the task.

But I have test the same on test server. It can be possible without abap development.
