Question related t527x table

Dera Friends,

In MSS, Org unit descriptions are pulled from t527x -short text field.

In table t527x, I see some entries for short text field populated with HRP1000-object abbr and some entries with HRP1000-object name causing inconsistensies. Would there be a reason for it?

When i ran rhinte10, t527x -short text field is updated with HRP1000-object abbr.

Is there a way to update the short text with HRP1000-object name and not HRP1000-object abbr.

That way I dont need update all my code in the backend in various locations.

Yes, Check Table T77S0

The following should be set to blank instead of "X"

PLOGI TEXTO Integration: transfer short text of org.unit

BTW a similar question was answered in the last few days and you could possibly have found it with a quick search.

Well i tried to search in google but not in SDN. my bad.

thanks harish...got the answer from one of the consultant yesterday here at work.

anyways we decided to go with HRP1000 since T527x is anyways truncating part of the data when it is too long.
