Hello Experts,

I am facing this issue that needs to resolved immediately.

I am trying to replicate products from ECC to CRM and I am having the following error:

'A key was used twice for multirow set type CRMM_PR_TAX '

Most of the materials are getting stuck in Tcod SMW01 with the above error

Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hello VSK,

Please go through notes 1548629 and 1456995, there were change done while forming the RelKey as per note 1057041

and these changes are also included in releases higher than SAP_APPL 603 (you are using 604). So these changes also needs to be considered in the user exit. Or else will result in inserting the duplicate records and causing

the validation error in CRM.

I request you to change the coding accordingly in the user exit as per the above notes, while forming the RelKey and test

the data exchange scenario once again with active user exit.

Please go to transaction CRMM_PR_TAX and check if there are many multiple entries there, check if you have created your own user-exit, if that's the case, deactivate this exit and retest the issue.
