Is there a way to find all reports that are scheduled to specific email recipients across many folders within BOE XI R2?

Thanks!

Hello,

Why not ?

I haven't R2 for test this tool, but I used similar tool on R2. This tool I use on R3.

What error you had in execution, maybe need will do some changes.

This tool use EnterpriseFramework.dll and InfoStor.dll libraries.

You check if you have references to them in VBA project.

Hi Krys:

Sorry, but I have no idea how to adapt this tool to my environment. Do I need to install it on the server running CMS?

Thanks!

Hello,

This tool you must run on workstation, where you have installed client tools for BOE.

( I also use on workstations, where I copied both libraries and registered them ).

Must be installed Excel also - I use version 2003.

You check if it running well on workstation, if not - we will search resolve

Looks like the tool was created using XI 3 SDK, thats the reason it is giving error when you run with XI R2. You can either modify the tool or install XI 3 SDK on the client system and then run the tool.

Try this one

SELECT SI_NAME FROM CI_INFOOBJECTS

where SI_DESTINATIONS.SI_PROGID.SI_MAIL_ADDRESSES = abcatxyz.com'

AND SI_KIND = 'CRYSTALREPORT

Unfortunately XI R2 doesnt have that feature. In XI 3.1 you can scan for scheduled instances using Instance Manager.

Or else you can use third party tool like APOS Instance Manager (Administrator) for XI R2.
