I am using ALV format for output. But getting vendor and PO number on top. Can I get these two fields in the same line of data so that when I download I can get that in proper excel format with these two columns. Presently it is coming on the top in excel also.

Click the subtotal which says E/E(Ctrl \ Shift \ F6 ) and move the PO and the vendor to the right which will be on the left.

Then save as a variant if you want to use it regularly.
