Document Not Saving

Hello...I have a user who is having an issue when she tries to save a document on the Project tab, the changes to the document are not being saved.

When I edit the document on the same node, my changes are saved. She is not receiving the message of 'Yes, No, Cancel' when closing the document. Not sure what settings were changed on her end. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

Under solar transactions, check her settings->user specific.

compare it with your user settings.

If they're the same, She should start hitting the save button of the document before closing it and after that, the save button of the project just to make sure.

Please do check with the authoraization of you and your colleagues.

And always the better practise check out document before editing and check in back when finished, please check anything she missed with this.
