Connection Issue with Sybase Mobile Sales 1.2 and SUP 1.5.5

Hello all,

we have NW 7.1 Mobile + Mobile Gateway 1.1 up and running. Also we have installed SUP 1.5.5 and Sybase Mobile Sales 1.2. We have deployed the ESDMA to the DOE-Connector so it seamed everything is well prepared.

NW and SUP we have installed on the same server, because it is a test scenario.

I have deployed the mobile sales application on my Windows Mobile. When I try to start the application in the messge line the message "Überprüfung der Anfangsdaten" that means checking the start data is shown. The application tries to connect to the server but don't come to an end.

Looking at the server log in SCC we found the following:

The connection I try to establish via active sync.

Does anybody can help me with this issue?

Hi Michael and all,

I am also facing the same issue as you, I have installed SUP 2.01 and using Sybase Mobile Sales 1.2.

I have deployed Mobile Sales application on my windows Mobile simulator also connect to the device created in Sybase control center.

When i try to connect Mobile Sales application to the server, initially it shows downloading Activity,leads, Opportunity etc in the status bar, but after some time, it kept saying Checking for Initial Data, and runs never ending. And we are not facing any connectivity issues.

In DOE Session Monitoring we can see status of all the data Objects without errors.

When we checked in the DOE logs, we are getting below 2 warning.

Unable to determine dialect of the StAX implementation at jar:file:/C:/Sybase/UnwiredPlatform/Servers/UnwiredServer/lib/ext/sup-ds.jar!/

Anonymous transaction context. Any attempt to acquire a transactional resource in this context might result in a resource

Micheal, did it work for you further, can you suggest anything on this issue.

Following objects are mandatory for the windows application to work.

USERDETAILS

USER_AUTHORIZATION

MAS_CUSTOMIZATION

MAS_AUTH_CUST

Could you please check session monitoring if you are getting these data objects for your device or not?

If not,

1. Check whether distribution rules are active for these objects or not?

2. Check if CDS has data for these objects or not?

3. Check if Synchronous extract enabled configuration for these data objects is there or not?

Rule on USER_AUTHORIZATION object is not active.

we have activated it.

Now we got data to the device. we are able to see the home page.

As lakshman said, USER_AUTHORIZATION was inactive, we activated it.

we got data into the device,We are able to get all the records activity, Opportunity ,Lead etc.

But now we are facing problem in getting ANALYTICS into the device,

As per the config guide, we also did all the customization setting, still we were not able to get ANALYTICS into the device.

We also tried to run FM:CRM_AUTH_CUST_INSERTCDS with all the upload/download parameters of the transaction data.

Can you please give any suggestions on this
