Is it possible to enter the time in service orders without cost?

Hello PM Experts,

*In the service orders ( transaction IW73 executed and clicking theu201D operationu201D ), my client found only few orders have time appeared for Labor into that.*

*_Is it possible to enter the time for all these orders without cost?*_

kindly suggest if any more input you need from me & requested to guide me in the above issue.

Hi Mehul,

You can enter the time without cost. You need understand whats your busines requirement .

If you want to capture the cost aganist number of hours worked then definatly you need maintain the cost aganist the activity type .

If you requirment just to capture the number of hours worked then its not required.
