Dear,
Our Audit Log File size for Development Server is showing in Red with 977.148 KB where as the Maximum File Size is showing 976 KB. I have tried to delete these files through SM18. I have also deleted the log files at the /usr/sap/KD1/DVEBMGS00/log.
Leaving few files there. I have also taken SAP server shutdown after this. But the file size not reduce a little amount.
Please advice. Thanks in advance.
Thanks and Regards,
Pranab
Hai,
Normally you cannot purge Audit log files less than 3 days old.
In your case you will have to check for the filters you have set in your system.
If the filter you have set are more then the amount of data collected will be very high which you have to take care by deleting or archiving.
Also check the parameter settings for audit in your system.
Thanks.

Are you sure it is related to Audit Log file or it is statistical data file ?. What is the name of file ? I think it is statistics data file which you can clean through ST03N
