Hi,
I'm working on Objective Setting and Appraisals.
I have several requirements like:
- Hide/delete cells/elements depending on other cell values.
- Hide elements (rows) depending on substatus.
I've taken a look at HRHAP00_DYN_EVENT badi.
By implementing this badi, i would achieve what i want, but i can't attach this badi to the template.
Is there a way to use this badi in OSA? If not, is there another way i can fullfill the requirements?
I'm using ECC 6.0 EhP3.
Regards,
Fabio.
Ok, thanks for the help.

Hi Fabio,
regarding the badi:
it was originally planned to offer the Badi functionality. Unfortunately
there are technical restrictions, that prevent the implementation in the
standard transactions. This is documented in the OSS note 959099.
There are also no plans to provide this functionality in the future.
So it cannot be used...

Ana

Thanks, Ana.
So, is there another way i can fulfill the requirements?
I have seen all badis, but none offers me the possibility to achieve this.
Currently i'm using HRHAP00_VAL_DET to hide cells depending on other cells,
but it doesn't work exactly fine.
And what about controlling elements access depending on substatus?
Regards,
Fabio.
Hi,
Currently you won't be able to fulfill your requirements with the standard SAP BAdI's. If you have a custom UI you can handle it there. Or, if your customer allows modifications, enhance the row access function module. This will result in standard maintainance loss, but that is the most central place to make the change.

Maurice Hagen
