Can anyone tell me the step by step process of setting the environment variables in linux for SAP Ecc6.0.

Hello Mr,

I'm not a Basis guru, but i know that you need to set environment variables From u201Crootu201D user

export JAVA_HOME= /usr/java/j2sdk1.4.2_10

export PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$PATH

export SAPINST_JRE_HOME=$JAVA_HOME/jre

We can wait help from a basis guru to extend this response.
