Unable to close internal order

Hi MM experts,

Issue : unable to close internal order via KO02, because of this error message "There is still a purchase order commitment for ORD xxxxxxx"

current PO status is : PO with 4 line items on which 3 items are materials GR/IR everything comepleted and for item 40 (Start up services) on which IR has been completed

We tried below step, but unable to fix the issue:

(1) The final invoice check box is ticked for all line items on this but still they are unable to close internal order due the same error.

Can you please suggest me how they can close internal order, is there anything can be done form PO side?

put delivery completion indicator for materials and lock on service item in the P.O. the commitments will be withdrawn then.
