G/L A/C. ISSUE

Hi Experts.

We have an Item of Fixed Assets Non Inventory. I created P.O. with an Expense A/c. by mistake. But now in A/P Invoice I want to change G/L Account but in charts of accounts i can't able to see none of Assets Accounts.

I tried same in Practise Company it is working as required.

so what could be the reason.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hello ravi,

You can change this account at row level.

Because on the purchase order there are not any account post.

Update Purchase order with correct account and then copy to AP invoice

Hi Mam.

It get solved. Actually I was trying a title Account to consider on A/P Invoice Active Account instead.
