S_alr_87013558 report printing

Hi experts,

Following is my query.

I am using S_alr_87013558,When we generate print, it prints all WBS with hierarchy lower level WBS, Internal orders along with it.

Client wants to print at different level..let say only level-2 or level-1 WBS

The lower level should not print

I think better not to print directly from SAP. Export to HTML after setting the hierarchy as suggested above then print from html, if it is really required to take hard copy.

Please consider the environment before printing

As I said... please create a new DB Profile and unchek the item you don't want.

If you just want the level 1 WBS, uncheck the PD from the selection.

Also exclude the order too in the new DB profile

There are different options. In DB profile you can restrict the level of details. or use any combinatiuon from Dynamic selection

This is a standard report with form 12KST1A

You may please create a new DB Profile and unchek the item you don't want.

If you just want the level 1 WBS, uncheck the PD from the selection.

Also exclude the order too in the new DB profile

Let me start.

I had created level 1 WBS , level 2 WBS & level 3 WBS. Now I want while printing the S_alr_87013558 report I just want level 1 WBS & level 2 WBS should come on the page not level 3 when I am taking the printout.

Why don't you run the report only for the required WBS, in your case Level 1 and Level 2 and then try taking the printout? Try doing this and check if it works.

Hi,

You can as well select the hierarchy level after running the report. Press on Hierarchy icon and set level.
