Don't worry building a BDC for a FI document, use the following FMs

- POSTING_INTERFACE_START

- [POSTING_INTERFACE_DOCUMENT|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/advancedsearch?query=posting_interface_document#]

- POSTING_INTERFACE_END

which will build the BDC with your data.
