Multi level BOM explosion in MRP

Hi Experts,

I have a 5 level BOM of one my finished product.

Finished product= A1

Ist level Bom = SF1 and ROH1

2nd level Bom= SF2 and ROH1 and ROH2

3rd level..

fourth level etc..

All bom has active status and all SF, RAW, PAck materials are MRP maintain.

When I run MRP its will explode 2 level but I want it upto 5 to 6 level of BOM.

Is there any way to change that scenario or I did any mistake in IMG that it not sense 3, 4 level of BOM.

Please provide the best solution.

Dear,

Yes, all materials are maintain.

MRP1 = PD in MRP type and EX in lot size.

MRP2 = Pro type is External pro

MRP3 = Strategy group is MTS , availability check is 02(individual requirement)

MRP4 = individual/ collective is 2 (collective requirement only ).

all materials are maintain on above conf.

Hi,

Please check your BOM thoroughly whether all materials and components are maintained or not.

Check what MRP type you are using. Keep it as PD (in MRP 1 view of header material master record)

Make sure all components are MRP relevant.

Use T code MD02 with planning mode - 3

Try and revert
