Hi Experts,

Central adapter engine cache is not updating in Integration Directory, The status is NOT YET STARTED, we restarted the whole server, we did complete cache refresh in SXI_Cache and CPA cache but still no luck.

Can anyone tell me what others can i check???

Hello

Are the Exchange Profile parameters below set?

com.sap.aii.connect.integrationserver.r3.mshost

com.sap.aii.connect.integrationserver.sld.name

See note #1278563 Specification of message server host in Exchange Profile.

Regards

Mark

Check if the selfregistration parameters are configured correctly as per note #804124. Then, trigger the AE registration as per #1031321. After that, trigger the full cache refresh on http://<host>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full (with PIDIRUSER) and check if the refresh goes successful.

Also make sure that no service users are locked (check it on SU01). Refer to note #999962 for more information about which users should be checked.

Can you check that all PI components are registered correctly within the SLD. Also ensure the necessary associations are available for the Integration Engine. See note #764176 for further details.

When the cache refresh fails in the directory is there any error info written to the defaultTrace file? If so can you update this thread with the error details.
