Leave Approval application customization

HI,

We have to do some customization in the standard SAP web dynpro code. We have already create the track and in NWDS , created a project for "ess_leasap.com". Now we want to do following:

1) in the Worklist of the approver : we have Table "Worklist" and here we have the column "Requester", here we are getting the Employee Name now we want to show the Employee name and Perner in this column.

Now how to achieve this? Or at least from which component we are getting this work list?

2) On selecting any row in the worklist we get the details of that in the same iView : From which component / iView we are getting these view?

3) I case of leave request : once the requester click on the " Show Overview of the leave": then we get one table: from which component we are getting this?

I am looking for the Component names so that i can directly hide / change the fields.
