Attachments from ECC PO to SRM 7.0

Hi All

We are attaching some URLs in the Purchase Order through Services for Object(Top left Hand Corner) and these attachments are not being created in the SUS system when the Purchase Order is created in SRM 7.0 system through an XML message.

We have already implemented the BADI BBP_SAPXML1_IN_BADI in the SRM system , but it is not working .

When Creating or Changing the Purchase Order in ECC if we maintain an EDI output in the Messages then the BADI is getting triggered and the attachments are coming up in the SUS PO .

But the in future client does not want to use the EDI output . Only XML message will be used to update the SRM system .

Why is the BADI not getting triggered when we are using only XML (with out maintaining EDI Output) . Do we need to maintain any Config for this ? Are we missing anything ? Please help.

HI,

kinldy try implement the BADI mentioned in path

Materials Management->Purchasing->Enterprise Services (Purchasing)->Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) for Enterprise Services in Purchasing

This badi will generate xml instead of the idocs and as this uses the SOA services your service hierachy will be maintained in the SUS also after the PO transfer

We have already implemented this BADI .

We are setting the service name as 'CL_SE_PUR_POERPREQ_OUT' in the BADI. Still attachments are not sent to SUS.
