In Form 16 , while printing the Form16 of the employee it occurs an error "Device types are not suitable for ADS documents" in the task bar.

What is the device type for the used printer in SPAD?

PDF1 device type is used in SPAD

Can you check
Note 1116245 - ADS Check List before sending message to SAP
and see which of the steps are not working for you?
PDF1 is the Device Type used . Still it comes as error "Device types are unsuitable for ADS documents when printing Form16"

right... rather than 'locl' put 'pdf1'... it will work...
