Hi,
Request help from the experts to resolve the below issue.
How can we get to know, how many user have hit a selected file and user wise list who has read the file which has been uploaded in KM content?

Sasikala
Hello Sasikala,
You could use activity reporting to achieve this, see http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/45/74eeda9ba26975e10000000a114a6b/frameset.htm

Hi Lorcan,
Thanks for providing useful info about activity report.
Currently we are able to monitor the hit count of the selected ivew or page. But what I need is to monitor the hit rate as well the user names who has read the file uploaded under a folder. How can I select the file from KM content to monitor the hit count?
Regards,
Sasikala
Hello Sasikala,
I don't think the Activity Report will allow you to specify a file alone, you need to point it to the folder which contains the file, you would therefore use the 'RID List' parameter in the Activity Reporting Service and give the path to the folder in which the file is stored. You can see where this is configured in the link from my previous reply, see also http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/8157

Lorcan.
