Dear all,
I have downloaded version 4.0 Linux, and would like to install it at my Linux Red Hat 5.
The files that I downloaded is
51040483_part1
51040483_part2
51040483_part3
51040483_part4
As I don't know how to untar it at Linux, I have doubled clicked 51040483_part1, and it'll extract all into folder 51040483. Then I use "cygwin", "tar cvfz 51040483.tgz 51040483
Then I upload the 51040483.tgz to my Linux, and then use "tar xvfz 51040483.tg"
And all the files are under /home/boe40/51040483
/home/boe40/51040483/DATA_UNITS/BusinessObjectsServer_linux
[boe40@sybasehk-x1 BusinessObjectsServer_linux]$ ./setup.env.sh
[boe40@sybasehk-x1 BusinessObjectsServer_linux]$ echo $LANG
en_US.UTF-8
[boe40@sybasehk-x1 BusinessObjectsServer_linux]$ echo $LC_ALL
en_US.utf8
[boe40@sybasehk-x1 BusinessObjectsServer_linux]$ ./setup.sh InstallDir=/opt/boe40
/home/boe40/51040483/DATA_UNITS/BusinessObjectsServer_linux/setupexe InstallDir=/opt/boe40
Error executing command line: Permission denied
Finished, return code is 0
Please kindly advise and help. Thanks.
Cheers,
Hilda
