Hi,
I want to find for a particular field in which T-code it is appearing? Eg: Let say Lot size field is appearing in T-code: MM01. Is it possible to find in that way?.

As far as I know, there is no such way to find out which field is used in which tcodes.
These things you will come to know as & when you use & become familiar with different tcodes like you said lot size is used in MM01.
