HR ALE configuration after system copy

Dear experts,

We've made hr system refresh prod to development, after system copy payroll posting documents try to connect SAP R3 production system with rfc connection,

I've changed we20 parter type with sap r3 prod to sap r3 qa, also maiaion port defition to sap erp prod to sap erp qa, I've maintain RFC destinations for Syncronous Method calls,

but post document still try to connect erp prod system, which steps should we follow after hr system copy for ale configuraiton between external r3 system
