Benefit Eligibilty requirement

Hi Experts,

I'm working On US benefits for the first time where to capture following eligibility requirement for a plan :-

"Associates must have standard hours listed at at least 50% of their locations standard full time hours."

Hi Vinoli,

You can config using following SPRO path:

Personnel Administration->Benefits-> Flexible administration->Programs->employee eligibility

1. Define employee eligibility Grouping say 50% PWH (Planned worked hours), This groupings allow you to set different eligibility criteria for employees within a benefit program.

2. Define Benefits Date types under dynamic eligibility

3. Assign time type and number of hours to benefits date type

4. Define eligibility Rules - Assign benefits date type created in earlier step in "Mimimum working time".
