No authorization to logon as trusted system (Trusted RC=0).

We have configured two system ie ISU and ERP system and done the basic middleware configuration. The user is having access to RFC system (to both ISU and ERP). But when the user click on the factsheet link in the webUI he gets an error "No authorization to logon as trusted system (Trusted RC=0)."

I verified the configuration in Customer Relationship Management -> CRM Middleware and Related Components-> Communication Setup ->Middleware Parameters -> Define Middleware Parameters -> maintained parameter CRMCFSOLTP with RFC destination to ISU system.

SMOEAC configuration also seems good.

We want to access factsheet from ISU system.

Could you please provide any hint where could be the issue.

Rahul

Make sure the user have an access to both the system. Also, within the RFC destination make sure the setting is trusted and current user check box is activated.

Hope this helps.

Hi Chandrakant,

I have tested the RFC connection in SM59 and it works perfectly fine in SAP GUI.

This is to do with authorisations of the user in the target system.

Authorisation objects S_RFC and S_RFCACL should be checked.

OSS Note 1248596 describes the authorisation objects required for sales order processing in ECC which check the S_RFC authorisation object. These could be similar in your case.

Try running an authorisation trace for the user in the target system to get the exact values..

Cheers
