changing the quota days

Hi

I have an issue.

During the implementation i have uploaded the PL quota with 8 days for an employee who joined on 26.02.2007.

Now i release that i should hve uploaded 20 days but i hve uploaded 8 days from 26.02.2007 to 31.12.2007.

All the 8 days of PL leave has been availed by the employee.

But now when i am trying to change the no of quota day in 2006 infotype, it been greyed out and unable to enter the quota days.

kindly help in resolving this issue.

Hi rao,

Please maintain as lata told and we have the flexibility of using Quota correction infotype 2013 ...maintain 12 days and execute time evaluation once again. (RPTQTA00)

check your 2006 quota again and check.

Hi,

User Quota correction infotype 2013 ...maintain 12 days and execute time evaluatio once again. It will add 12 days in 2007 quota & it will reflect as 20 days in 2006.

Quota which is generated through time evaluation can not be modified in 2006.

Quota Corrections should be done through IT2013.
