Hi Gurus,

Please any one give me solution to solve this issue

Error: Bad port number in CMS name fe80:0:0:0:f1d8:403a:a155:f83f:6400 null

I have installed Business Objects software and I try to open cmc and infoview but

unfortunately through that error.

Dear

I assume that you can use CCM from the server without any problem.

If so the problem you are facing should be somewhere on the Web Application Side.

If the assumption is right you can try to redeploy the web application that fails.

Pls. also be sure the browser you are using is supported by BOXI.

Dear,

You are absolutely correct because CCM is running but CMS and Infoview only not working.

I am using BOXI R3.0

internet explorer version 9.0

Windows 7 OS

mhhhh....

if I check supported platform I can see that IE 9 is not supported.

Perhaps it is not the problem but I strongly advice you to try and do some test with IE 7.

ie 7 is not supported to the windows 7

but however I installed same BOXI R3.0 in Windows XP os and ie 7 by vmware machine used.

It is working good.
