QM DATA IN THE VENDOR MASTER

Hi Experts,

I am looking for a way to activate the QM input boxes in the vendor master.

According to my knowledge it should be sufficient to activate the option Quality Systems in the customizing tree.

I have marked the option "optional entry" for these input boxes. despite this fact I am unable to use these input boxes in the vendor master.

I would be very grateful for any advice.

Hi,

Are you referring to "Actual QM Sys" in "Reference data" of Vendor Master ?

If so, here: you are recording the Actual QM systems in vogue with Vendor (Ref. Actual & Target QM Systems in QM in Procurement)

or

Are you referring to Quality Info Records ?

Request you to pl. elaborate to understand the issue.

Hi Krishna,

thank you for your posting.

I am refering to the Actual QMSYS in the vendor master . I would need to activate the field QSSYSDAT in the Table LFA1.

I am not refering to the quality Info Records. I hope this makes my posting a bit more specific and easier to find a solution for my "problem". By the wayI am still working on SAP R3 4.7 for the next few weeks.
