SCV not there in XI production box

Hi,

Recently I happen to check SLD of XI production system and i see two SCV's not present in SLD. I believe someone may have deleted the SCV 's from XI production system unintentionally. The SCV's are used in IR in XI production system. The interfaces are working well w.r.t to SCV's.

FYI, The SCV's are available in XI development system.

My question -

How is the interface working propoerly when the SCV is not available in XI production SLD box?

Hi NSD,

i am sure you will get error if you transport any new object from that component Dev to Prod

my understanding is that since the cache objects are already registered the deletion has not yet affected the message flow.

But if you try to do a cache refresh and if it tries to build a new cache object, there is a possibility it might fail.

I have done all possible cache refresh ..let me see if we get any error ...
