CMS Databae/Audit Database

Hi ,

I am using BO Edge Series XI3.1 Sp3

My CMS , AUdit data base both are in SQL Server 2008 R2.

below are the my queries.

1. My CMS Database Log file growing rapidly , how i can stop it.

2. how does keep only last 1 month data in Audit database.

please help me out.

Do you have a copy of the note 1480761 - How to purge or cleanup old data from the BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 Audit Database because on service.sap.com this note is not there any more. (Error message : Document is not released)

I believe you have to do both the task from database, it can't be done from BO.
