lsmw problem in hiring action

Dear all,

when i am trying to do the lsmw for pa40,everything is fine,but in 0002 the last name and first name and even date of birth field is not picking up the values.

i've tried to get the field in different ways like trasfer and initial.but it is not taking exact value and it is taking the next field value in present field.

what could be the reason? what rule should i pick up. like initial,rule? or transfer?

Hi,

Check if you have made the default fields blank after initial recording.

Hi,

As far as i can understand there can be an issue in the initial recording that was done for the same.

Another issue can be in the Flat file that has been created, the fields possibly do not match correctly.

Please check these and see if the issue gets resolved.
